Being my first time at Semperviva, I found the class size to be beyond a number that would provide individual attention, no matter how experienced the teacher. I went to the 9am class and felt very "squished" for space. Being used to attending a smaller class size with more space, I realize this is the ideal environment for me and will not be returning to Semperviva.

It's daunting to walk in and see so many mats so close together. I'm not used to a crowded yoga class. Also, I don't think the front desk is terribly friendly; while I was waiting for a response from the receptionist, she turned to other customers and served them!
Take off old website info - I did a simple google search, clicked on one of the top 3 links and found a semperviva site that informed me that the first class was free. When I arrived, I was told that was an old site and it was my fault for not looking around the site to make sure it was recent (!!) I'm sorry but it's certainly not the customer's obligation to do so. And it's definitely not ok for the employee to argue with the customer over it. Please make sure not only that your site is up to date, but that you remove old web material. Thank you.

Friendly, helpful, excellent workshops reasonably priced.
I have just started going to the studio and everyone there was very friendly and pleasant. The instructor introduced himself to me before my first class and all the instructors have helped me have better form so I can master the poses.
To am fairly new to Yoga and the 2 teachers I've had ate patient and very good teachers. They make me want to come back.

Staff is nice and flexible. The venue is good n clean. especially the one in graville island.
The instructors are very good about people being at different levels and always make me feel that it is OK to be where I am but also opening the option of going further.

More space between the mats. I just came back from a class with Bernie and I was so impressed with him and his knowledge. You do have some great teachers. More Yin classes at night, 7:00 pm or 7:30. Thanks.
Variety of interesting workshops and half moon products
The teachers are very kind, friendly, and encouraging. I felt like I was free to be me in class.
Great instructors. In particular, Diana, Teresa (prenatal and mommy/baby yoga), Bernie and Wesley have all been phenomenal over the years.
75-90 minute class is an ideal length.
Cost per class is however, quite pricey, and feels like it continues to climb!
Smaller classes and better option when it comes to plans/ packages.

Make it easier to find the studio. Granville island can be confusing to navigate and the studio is in a spot that's harder to find--though worth it because it's such an amazing space. More signage?

Good clean facilities. Friendly staff, and convenient swipe system. Good variety of classes at varied locations. My knowledge of Yoga is fairly sparse, but it seems like you have some skilled teachers. Very helpful and friendly
