Location, the instructors and the staff
- the excellence of the Instructors, in this case it was Bernie
- the space at the SEA studio
- the warm and helpful attitude at the desk
Multiple locations, types and times of classes, great practice spaces, and superb instruction
The staff are helpful and thoughtful and I love the prenatal class that I take with Theresa! She is fantastic!
I rather doubt you can do anything. I have made the same suggestions for some years now and there haven't been changes, so I expect things are stuck.
The schedules; instructors; free classes; party time; and Gloria Latham
Amazing teacher and music and front desk staff
1 stop shop on all levels
The space is incredibly crowded, especially the entrances before and after class
Wide range of different yoga classes...and the tea samples!
Very welcoming to everyone of all ages, gender, and ethnicity.
Lower the cost a bit :)
I absolutely loved the class. I really felt I needed some breath work which is why I came to class and was thrilled with the addition of some Qi Gong elements to the class! It was challenging, fun and supportive of all the body's systems. The energy in the studio was really good and I loved the instructor.
The class, the employees.
Please ensure that the people attending class has full view of the teacher demonstrating the class yoga postures.
Have more classes with innovative teachers like Peter and Danny.
Friendly atmosphere.
Great workout.
Better arrangement so that we wouldn't have to step on dirtty floor (gravel and salt) when barefoot. Washrooms at the entrance. Better air circulation and temperature control in the classroom. Got extremely stuffy midway through class.
Upon my first visit to the studio, I lined up at the reception desk to register for a class. I had recently bought an introductory pass and I was unsure of the procedure to sign up for classes. Someone from reception gave me a form online to complete my registration but she soon moved on to help a couple purchase or refund a yoga mat in store with a gift card. I soon finished the registration and stood there awkwardly as she continued to help the couple. I was unsure if I should just walk into the class. I saw that others had a tag to be scanned before class but I was not given one and I stood there with no one to help me for at least five minutes. Later when she remembered that I had completed the form she told me to just go on ahead into the class. As I left, I asked the same woman how signing up for classes worked. She just said to come to class 10 minutes early and failed to mention anything more. Somehow I felt brushed off. Only on my second visit to the studio was I given a welcome package with the tag and a brief introduction to the studio and what it offers. The online video gave me expectations of a very helpful staff but my very first day at the studio was disappointing.
Welcoming, gerat for all levels, flexible instruction, great props provided, nice low light
