Cleaness and vista
Sea is the only studio I use at Semperviva and I know that it is the favourite of many! The location, windows, fresh air, the softer floor all make it perfect.
I like that the sea studio somehow feels a bit more intimate than the other studios I also like the setting, and I've grown to like the carpeting.

Nothing. I just don't make recommendations often.
Positive environment with knowledgable staff and amazing teachers. You are made comfortable as soon as you step through the door. Clean, open space and the convenience of having equipment on hand. Lots of workshops. One class and you're hooked!
Everything, except the cost! I am a student so can't afford to renew my pass, but these studios are my favorite!

Quality instructors, multiple venues in Vancouver which doe not charge different amounts based on the studio (unlike where I go in California).
It is the excellent customer service and immediate attention/feedback the staff gives to customer's request or question. I give special mention to Amy who has done a fabulous job as she dealt with my Joy-a-Toe order and the promotional offers I have asked her to check. And of course,last but not least, the instructors are great in what they do and are caring of each student especially for people who are not that young anymore and are first timers. I would like to make special mention to Peter who has made me feel comfortable on my first time doing yoga at Kits.
Semperviva Kits Beach Studio is an awesome place to do you yoga! I will definitely and highly recommend people to this place.

Multiple studios always clean with plenty of equipment provided. Front desk girls are always friendly, polite and informative. Wide variety of teachers and teaching styles so everyone can choose their level of practice.
Amazing teachers
Limit class sizes, and when the door closes at the beginning of class it should stay closed - no latecomers. Thank you.
People is nice and the teacher was really sweet (I've only gone once, with Chantal), though it would have been helpful if she could have made variations in some of the exercises for pregnant women.

Ideally the door to washroom wouldn't be directly in the yoga room. It distracting when somebody uses the washroom during the class, and especially during savasana.
But I can deal with it :)
It's mot you, great teacher, nice front desk staff, its the space.. Old mats, no windows or fresh air, one toilet with water all over the floor and that sometimes requires manual assistance to flush. No real changing space. For the same price as practicing at a YYoga facility this hardly compares. That said, I like the small facility feel just not this room and layout. Best studio you have is Sea for the views and open doors for fresh air during class.
The variety of instructors, the caliber of instruction, the staff and the community and the hours!
