cost of drop in visits - costly
I would attend at least 3 times a week however cannot afford the monthly or yearly pass/fees
schedule open invitation for those who want-wish-and can't afford yoga in the area. Some work share subsidized formula where possible in accomplishing this option.
Great instructors, many classes offered every day and studios are located very conveniently for me. Reception staff generally very friendly.

I really like the space, I like the studio, the darker space works for me better. The staff are great, the sound-proofing is really good.
In comparison to other yoga studio's. I like the professionalism and it starts with the person at the desk. they always ask new people about their health and get you to fill out a form. I also like the instructors and how they offer so many different postures for all levels.
The location is wonderful. It reminds me of my home I grew up in and it is so quiet and peaceful at granville island.

Waiting area was a bit tiny and hard to navigate around. Yoga room itself seemed dated and the carpet didn't seem very hygienic. Its a beautiful location but perhaps some updating could help with the overall ambiance. Instructor and front desk sraff were great.
I would prefer more space between the mats
Large classroom sizes, no rush between classes, wide variety of offerings between all 4 local studios, great customer service.
Teresa was an amazing teacher. I would recommend her to anyone!! The studio space was lovely and I felt comfortable there. I really felt like the teachers and staff really hold a safe place for people to come and practice yoga.
Offer discounts to members over 60 years old. The classes are very benefial but expensive for seniors on a fixed income.
Space is tight. Its a hard thing to improve on easily.

I had a baby with me and nobody offered me any assistance while I filled out forms etc. I needed to use the washroom when I arrived after driving almost an hour. The studio was occupied so the washroom I used had no surface to change my baby. When I attempted to register online there was nothing hat indicated your classes are first come first serve. I checked the FAQ on your website. I spent 10 minutes trying to register before calling. When I mention s that it would be helpful to indicate the first come first serve policy online, the girl at the desk with basically seemed like I was annoying her. I found her manner somewhat stuck up or elitist, she certainly didn't make this new tired mom, with limited mat leave cash flow, happy that I've spent $39 on a yoga pass at a studio that is an hour away from my home.
the schedules
more space between mats, was super difficult to stand wide feet apart the length of the mat and do a full bend to the side without getting face in butt of person on next mat. A minimum of 6 inches please, 8 would be better. 4 inches is just too cramped. Every time we had to put arms out to the side you had to check where people next you are standing. and there were a lot of arm movements, so it was very distracting to have to keep checking.
