I feel the classes tend to be to full and there isn't enough space, sometimes its so packed I feel like being a sardine in a can.
Offer yoga fundementals at earlier time
I went to the Sea Studio to attend my first yoga class with Semperviva. I was greeted by a very nice lady at the desk who let me know where to find everything and set me up to take the class.
The studio room had a very nice lay out and a beautiful view. I noticed that the room was densely packed with mats that were much too close together. While doing several of the poses my neighbour and I would often bump into each other and we are both very petite people. It was rather frustrating that we couldn't properly do some of the poses as our faces could easily collide with our neighbour'a backside.
The instructor seems nice, but I would have appreciated more interaction with her to know whether or not my form while doing the poses was correct as there are no mirrors in the room that would give me visual feedback.
If positive changes are made to make yoga at your studio more enjoyable I could see myself signing up.
Change rooms. It's disappointing you don't have men's and women's change rooms to allow many people to change all at once. 3 rooms too few with 15mins between classes.

It was my first time coming and it was easy to find you online, sign in and just begin doing what I love, yoga. I am still living on Galiano Is but will be spending more time in Vancouver in the future so wanted to try out your classes. Also, my friend had a free pass and invited me along. The generosity from all sides was impressive. Also very friendly people on phone and in shop.

It would be nice for people who live out of town to have the option of a punch card, say a ten time pass, or something similar. I do not live in Vancouver. I attend classes at Semperviva Yoga when I am in the neighbourhood visiting family.

The diversity of workshops! The energy of the people that attend the workshops.
Your staff could be a little more engaging specially with clients that have not been there before just as they are as welcome dear friendly to people they know

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me when signing up to the class on Sunday morning. My friends, who were a couple, were offered the Christmas special. They both purchased it with no problem. I was lined up behind them. I was told I could not get this special because it had to be a gift from someone. When I told her I didn't have anyone to buy it for me she said your five classes will be $75. Feeling a bit insulted and discriminated because I am single, I asked her how many ten classes were and she told me. Then she suggested I go on rotation. I told her I wasn't comfortable with committing to that. Then she said very rudely 'I just told you you can cancel at anytime!' At this point I just stopped communicating with her. I have had her before and she has also been rude. I shouldn't be going to yoga and feeling like this from the front desk. I have been with Semperviva Yoga studio on and off for 15-20 years. I have never ever had a problem with any of the amazing staff at any of the other studios. Just seems to be this one. Sunday morning class with Wesley for 11am. Brunette. I am a business Owner myself and if it were me, I would have just given me the Christmas special because a negative experience spreads a lot farther than a positive one does. Plus this is yoga. This woman should never have snapped at me or my questions and trying to figure which plan was best for me.

Most of the time the rooms are very crowded and you could almost touch the person next to you.
Also, I feel the rooms are not properly ventilated. When you have more than 50 people exercising in the
same room you need AC!
