Smaller classes
Nothing....you are perfect the way you are....
Classes are often extremely crowded, hot, and sweaty, which makes it difficult to practice and fully express poses due to lack of space and because the room becomes uncomfortable and smelly. Otherwise, teachers are amazing and classes are always very high quality.
Friendly front desk and the few different teachers i have had have taught me a lot about myself and my body. There is no judgement for being new to yoga and the girls were helpful with selecting what class to take
The front desk ladies where great! Very welcoming and explained everything clearly. Offered recommendations in finding a class and instructor to meet our needs. Made a nice package for our groupon by including the schedule and information we needed to know. Also, let us take care of everything after the class as we had arrived just in the nick of time.
The friendly greetings by staff as soon as you enter and the warm hugs from those I know by name.
This is my favourite studio - close to home, the cleanest, better sound system and lots of light. Thank you Gloria and staff.
I like the variety of times that classes are available. I wish, though, that you offered more yin, especially during the day.
The warmth - both social - and physical! The ambience - the candle-lights, the new mats, the props, the friendly and helpful staff, and above all, the fabulous teachers who each bring their own "flavour" to their classes. I also love the retail shop which, for the most part, displays local and beautifully made products.
Oh....and the variety of class hours!

I like the variety and choice Of studios but given the option I would choose not to go to the west broadway and larch studio. It feels like a box or a cave with the low ceilings and virtually no windows. Wish you could do something about that. Otherwise love the spaces.

Variation of classes, pleasant and knowledgable instructors and staff :) I've only attended 2 so far, but have enjoyed both classes.

Flexibility variety
Variety of classes; regularly scheduled classes at times convenient to me
Mom and baby classes offered are wonderful. So nice to experience yoga outside of the home environment with my daughter.
The classes are too packed. When you are either hitting the wall or the person next to you, it's not easy trying to be focused and zen
I love the evening classes with dim light, candles, a bit of background music.
The classes are way way way to full. Many studios cap the number
If people let class - if it's full you can't join. For example wed evening Yin.

setting, beautiful view, ambiance, music, teachers, cleanness; the only thing to improve is to provide more clean cups for tea available; there was only 1 cup left but it was wet with some water drops inside so I wasnt confident to use it; do u mind if we bring our own cup? if not enough clean ones are available or no person in charge of cleaning it - thanks if you can improve on this!

The efficiency of your yoga studio
The postnatal class I attended was very disappointing. We really did nothing and the class ended 10 mins early.
I bought the 30 day trial thinking I would come again but I immediately wished I didn't as I won't be going to that class again.
Honestly I would like my money back or an extension on my pass as I would like to enjoy a yin class or two in the new year when my husband will be working less and can look after the baby.
Friendly staff.
The instructor was great but the room had inadequate ventilation and hence it was warm and uncomfortable with stale air. I hardly felt any air out of the ceiling diffusers and the class was full.
Perhaps the building manager can tell you how many airchange/hour the HVAC system for this room was designed for originally. I know that a sports store was located there before semperviva so the air change/hr rates may have been designed for a store in mind not a yoga studio with 60 bodies.
The yoga studio is walking distance to my home. Great mixture of people in the class from beginners to experts.
Great Teacher especial Flow on Saturday morning, Hatha 9am Sunday.
