Great massage and facility.
Convenient and professional
I really loved the therapist Liz. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some stretching exercise to do at home.
Everyone is so nice and pay close attention to your concerns.
My massage therapist Keiko, is very professional and provides excellent service. After every session I feel relaxed and the stress of the week has been released.
The quality of massage therapists varies greatly and most of the ones I was able to book with were not fantastic. One person was and it was a 3 month wait to get an appointment with them again. There may be other great people but they must also be completely booked.
Appointment availability within 1 to 2 weeks is extremely limited. The membership sessions expiration within a month of stopping your membership and turning into just an amount towards the walk-in rate is not a great way to end a customer relationship and increase the likelihood they will recommend that product to friends and family. Especially if the reason they are stopping the membership is not being able to use the sessions, and any sessions they didn't use will expire within that last month, and there is limited availability to schedule.

We are sorry to read this Sarah! In general we do book out 4 - 6 weeks in advance year round and encourage all of our clients to schedule out, at least a few months. We totally understand that it can be difficult for some of our clients to schedule in advance, but it's better to be on the books and have to cancel due to you no longer being available versus us not having any availability. Also, last minute cancellations do happen and we have a waiting list you can be added to. Also, we are sorry you haven't had the best experience with some of our therapists at LaVida and would love to discuss this further with you so we can match you with the right therapist, make note of therapists to not book you with, and do additional training if needed. Staff is warm, welcoming and friendly
I've been a member for over several years and enjoy going there. The massages are great, however if a worker is late the same amount of time should be allocated for your session.
Minimal lateness on either end, client or staff is usually not a problem, as we build 15 minutes in between sessions to avoid lost time and not inconveniencing the next guest. Sorry if you were shorted. I have noted your account in regards. Hope to see you soon!!
