How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You don’t answer the phone, I went by no one came to the desk I left after 15 mins and I have been short changed on time every massage.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience. Our manager had a death in her family and our hours had to be changed this week to give her time with her family.
Our 60 minute session allow 10 minutes of the 60 for consolation, undressing, redressing and checking out. The actual hands on time is 50 minutes.

The shortage of RMTs makes it difficult to book appointments on a timely basis.
