Solid, comprehensive massage
I had went to LaVida this past week for the first time. My husband bought me a gift card so I choose the facial. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I was taken back on time for my appointment and went into a room to start my facial. If I had to change anything was that the room was to dark and small. The lady doing the facial did a great job and while giving the facial was letting me know concerns about my skin and products to use. I appreciated her advice, but totally forgot by the time I left. I would recommend a print-out of the advice and products to use. This would increase LaVida's sales in the skin care products that you can buy at the salon. Also the receptionist was pushing me to buy a membership when I was leaving which was someone what a turn off. I will come back but now know what to expect.

The ladies at the front do try to offer our benefits program to all out guests. It is a benefit to those that plan on coming back that will save them cost, hassle and gives clients perks.

Extremely relaxing as soon as you open the door! Raven was great, she worked out all of my stress! It would've been so easy to take a nap.
The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful & kind. She offered to get me water while I filled out my paperwork. Leslie J did an incredible job. She focused on all of the spots that I indicated were sore, and she allowed me to relax during the entire visit. I didn't feel pressured into a membership while checking out, which made me consider it more. Overall, a great first experience at LaVida!
Calm relaxing environment. Always feel rested after a massage. The masseuse is hit or miss. Some not so good and some great!

The front staff is very friendly and helpful. All the therapists are wonderful, I like to see different ones for the variety and they’re all great!
The only thing I don’t prefer is the suggested tip signs starting at 30%. It makes me question whether the therapist are being underpaid and I know for some clients that want to tip 20 or 25%, an excellent tip, it makes them feel uncomfortable.
