It was evident from when I first came in that I was going to enjoy my time there. A friend recommended LaVida and Carrie, and i was definitely not disappointed. The staff was welcoming, professional and friendly, and my massage was amazing. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Office and massage rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly. Lindsay is the best, such a great masseuse.
Andrea is awesome. She listened to my needs and addressed them throughout the massage.

Best massages I’ve ever had.
The staff is professional and experienced. There is a wide variety of massage styles to choose from with the varying therapist. Front desk always smiling and helpful.
The facial I had was just ok not anything special.
I did not feel it warranted what I paid for it.
Also the new robes you have changed to are smaller that previous and not designed for anyone on the slightly larger size of average. They are scratchy where the Velcro is as well. This does not help relax me during my visit.
Also I find your printed suggestions at check out of an amount to tip to be distasteful.
To make suggestions of 20% as a minimum then suggest 25% or even 30% is being beyond reasonable.

Very nice, courtesy, and they care about their clients. They try and fit you with the right person for you. You can change your plan when ever you need. There is never any complaint from them when you do. Sometimes they offer new plans to you. When I received my facial she recommended facial products to me and I love 💕 them, they make my face look better. Keep up the great work.

In a myriad of local offerings ,without any licenses visible, I think LaVida provides licensed massage therapists, and I wonder how so many community sites continue to function without the state department of health inquiries.

I love la vida massage. It’s one of my favorite places. But yesterday I had a girl named Sandra and don’t get me wrong she was super nice and lovely but me and her talked the whole hour I was there. And all I wanted to do is was relax and possibly fall asleep the hour. We talked about Covid and theories that is happening in the world but I would have rather been relaxing and the way she finished the massage was bad. She barely even put any lotion on my body and I think I felt more pain leaving.
The spa is the best. The reception desk is so welcoming. The spa is so relaxing and refreshing. Sara is the best. She always listens to my needs and I feel so energized after.
Ashley gave a fantastic massage. But more importantly, she first asked what needed to be worked on and then she focused on those problem areas. Overall, my experience was 10/10, thanks LVM Brighton!

Both the message bed and face pillow felt like they were worn out. It felt like I was laying on a piece of wood which made me extremely uncomfortable. I can tell it should have been replaced years ago, I would suggest the heated beds because they are more enjoyable. I was also able to hear phone conversations from the waiting room which made it difficult to completely relax. My massage therapist had long nails and scratched me a few times. Other than that, I am grateful I was able to receive a massage. Thank you for accepting my honest review.
