Staff is always attentive and super nice. Heather gives me the best massage.
I enjoy the massage service, specifically provided by Bryan. He presents a calm demeanor, listens to what needs to be addressed and uses effective massage techniques. Ive become so relaxed that I have fallen asleep at times. I’ve had massages by others that were weak, lacked technique, or were too aggressive. Also Bryan takes care in how he methodically folds back the sheet when working on each area of the body, where I’ve had others who flip it back, hastily. You might consider having Bryan train others.

Eden, We are very sorry that we did not meet or exceed your expecations and we hope that you will give us a chance to match you with a different therapists that may be more to your liking. We try not to over sale our membership, but with all the benefits that our program offers, we wonder why more people don't take advantage of our no contract program and take care of themselves on a regular basis. I am glad you appreciate the breadth of choices for enhancements, from massage types (lymphatic, reflexology, prenatal, hot stone, warm bamboo, cupping, etc) as well as additional products used during the service (topical pain relief, aromatherapy, joint and muscle balm, headache relief, and our most popular - the various CBD products, including the CBD balms, CBD scrub, and CBD oil.).

Everyone was polite. Everyone listened to me. When I changed my mind about something I wasn't pressured in any way to keep my original decision, nor was I made to feel incompetent. And then on top of that the massage was great :)

I was matched with the wrong masseuse. I like deep tissue and my therapist only rubbed oil on me, even after I told her to dig in. Also I was very cold the whole time and at the end of the massage noticed there was a fan pointed towards me..why was there a fan? It felt like a waste of time to just have gone have oil rubbed on me.

For some reason over the years the 60 minute massages have become shorter. Now they bring you to the room 2-5 minutes after your time is scheduled to start, then they are telling you they are done 10+ minutes before the hour is over. So a 60 minute massage really becomes more like 45, I understand there are pieces of time needed to move people around to rooms and to have them de-robe. However when you pay for a 69 or a 90 minute massage you expect that much massage time not that much time on property. Additionally the facility needs some attention, I would suggest against using white adjustment pedals for the massage beds are they are directly under the persons face when they are laying down and those tend to look dingy and gross, thus leaving the person to wonder for the next 45 minutes of massage if the rest is dirty and gross. Presentation is a huge part of the experience and people don’t want to see dirty stuff in the spa, not do they want to be greeted by their massage therapist late for their appointment knowing full and well that the therapist will absolutely not take extra time at the end of the session for the client.
Hi Scott, thank you for your feedback. I can assure you that we do our absolute best to ensure all of our clients get their full time during their session. A 60 minute session includes 50 minutes hands on and five minutes before and after for dress, undress, and consultation. All of our therapist use timers to ensure you receive your full 50 minutes of hands on time. I apologize for the foot pedal and have added this to our deep cleaning list. quality personnel and price
Had a great massage by Brandy, and a wonderful facial by Madison!
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous for my first facial and everyone made me feel very comfortable.

I explicitly asked that she not use elbows and forearms during the massage. When she started doing so during the massage, I reminded her that I did not want that. And she said that her hands hurt so I said ok. I regret saying so and should’ve just stopped the massage at that point and left. She did something that I explicitly asked her twice not to do.
The massage was ok. She started off with some sort of vibrator over my body for relaxation I suppose, but she never warned me it was going to happen (I’m face down here) so that was startling and odd. She seemed rushed and heard her yawn during it. But it was relaxing nonetheless. At the very end of the massage her final statement to me was, “you need to get more massages so you can learn how to relax.” Her statement honestly left me confused and the irony wasn’t lost on me.
We're sorry you were not happy with your massage. Please feel free to let your therapist know what you like or don't like while they are working so they can adjust their technique to meet your needs.
