Not sure why I couldn’t use my 90 minute monthly massage from my membership to cover a 60 minute I booked (no 90 minutes were available and I was having some pain). This was disappointing as it would have been my choice to lose the 30 minutes - felt like a way to just charge me more. That said, I love La Vida - well run, great services, very relax, super clean and professional. This one thing just didn’t make sense to me.
Front desk staff is friendly & helpful, and the masseuses are amazing!
Therapists are professional and attentive to client needs.

Using a warmer for the oils and possible a blanket over the sheet when getting a massage.

LaVida Massage of Smithtown is a class establishment! They are welcoming, organized, flexible (massage pun intended!) and I feel well treated and taken care of. Must go!
