I think the staff at the Clemmons Lavida is very professional (front desk staff as well as therapists). I have been a client for over 10 years and have been extremely pleased with my experience. I would like to specifically praise Laura (therapist)! She is very focused on my specific needs as an athlete. She asks for feedback during the session about the pressure she applies and if I am feeling any discomfort during deep tissue. She is always very positive and full of energy! She is obviously in high demand!

What do you like about our services?

Environment is beautiful, clean and quiet. I love the ease of making an appt online for when it suits my schedule. I've booked with several different therapists and it makes it easy to find someone who is available during my timeline. I highly recommend Cheryl, T and Linda. I also appreciate the membership, it's a good value and holds me accountable to schedule that massage each month.
