I love everything about LaVida! The massage therapists are all wonderful, the office staff are the best anywhere, the facility is always clean, fresh, quiet, and relaxing. I have had a LaVida membership for about 5 years and have enjoyed lower rates for services which are my favorite indulgements.

Did just what I needed... Best massage ever

I have been twice and had great experiences both times. Both Gretchen and Katy knew what they were doing and addressed my stress and tension. Highly reccomend giving them a try.

Professionalism and courtesy

I felt like the massage was fairly awkward. There were several times where it felt like they were pushing more on the actual bone not the muscle or ligaments. I expect a lot of pressure and that was definitely there I just don’t usually expect the pressure on my bones. I woke up the next day feeling way worse then when I walked in and two days out in even worse than the first day. I have gotten plenty of deep tissue massages and understand there may be some soreness the following day, but I am not sore, I am in pain. I think I may have a tweaked or pinched nerve in my neck and the only thing I have done differently is to get a massage at your location. I plan to take my next massage somewhere else

Beth was OUTSTANDING THE BEST AMAZING therapist. She got right to the heart of the matter and provided relief of my sore body. I would recommend her 1000% although that is gonna make everyone want to use her and thereby make her appointments hard to book.
But I cant be selfish. La Vida is definitely my new go to for body care in Rome! Thank you Beth, see you soon.

I receive massages that could cost $100 and up

Overall it was a great experience, but my 60 minute massage that started at 5:45 ended about 10 minutes early at 6:35.

Jess was thorough and did the pressure I asked for and checked throughout my massage if all was good. 10/10
