everything was great. Very professional
The last massage therapist is used worked hard to make my body feel good but she herself smelled. Her hands smelled as though she had been rubbing dirty scalps all day and she burped constantly during my appointment.
Thank you for letting us know. The therapist constantly wash their hands and do work very hard while they are here. As you know we have a lot great therapist!
It is a very relaxing atmosphere and the therapist listen to your needs.

While the professionalism of the front desk and scheduling staff are definitely important, the primary quality of your services are derived from your massage therapists. I just had the best massage I think I've ever had in my life. My therapist was Christy. I'll be back.
Octavia is excellent at what she does. She is a true professional. You can tell that she loves her job and takes it very serious. She is a pleasant conversationalist as well.
She is the reason that I keep coming back to LaVida!

Kelly did a great job especially using the hot stones. She definitely gave me a fully body experience and I felt so relaxed afterwards.
Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable about business procedures.
Masseuses are skilled, professional and personable.
Manager is accessible, personable and has made excellent hiring decisions. I appreciate the extra touches and perks. I was thinking of leaving this location until this manager came and completely turned it around for the better. Now, I bring my friends here.
Facility is comfortable, clean and private.

$129 for a 1 hour massage is too much.
$90 is more reasonable.
