One thing I would love to see is more Level 2 classes. I also love the more senior teachers and have been enjoying class with Kelly G. greatly since she started in Denver. Keep those kinds of things coming!!

I like the layout of the classes, the non-stop energy, and the ability to stretch after every exercise. The only suggestion would be for every class to have a focus on lower and upper abdominals (sometimes I feel like its all upper) and same for butt (both sides and hamstrings to lift the butt)

Everyone that works there is so kinda. It's such an enjoyable environment to walk into. I have classpass so I go to lots of places for classes. Bar Method is my favorite :)

Easy to book online, very flexible schedule. Great classes, I really feel it! Studio is beautiful, like the facilities. Parking is easy. Think I covered it.
Great instructors. I'm very new to Bar Method and still getting used to it (i.e. I kind of suck) both of the instructors that I've had class with (Leslie and Anna) have been very patient, attentive, and helpful. I've left feeling great. It is probably one of my favorite class workouts that I have done. Hard and challenging with a good balance of strength and stretching. Love it!

Everything- wonder people, staff & classes
I am at 9 month's now of attending classes at the studio. I am still very pleased with the results I am getting. I think the studio is very well run. The instructors are all very good teachers. Leslie continues to impress me with her ever positive and supportive attitude and her ability to keep her teaching fresh along with sincere and genuine enthusiasm. I look forward to more.
