I don't live in Denver, otherwise I would be frequenting this group. I went with my daughter when I visited Denver a few weeks ago. Yes I was a bit sore the next day, but it was fun and I felt great that I did it.

It was my first class on Sunday and I really enjoyed that Leslie paid attention to my form. Making sure that I performed the exercises correctly and adjusted them to my bodies needs.
The personal service was amazing!!! From the front desk to the class instructor. Being in a class where the instructor not only knows your name but is willing to help you during the course of the class and give feedback was unlike any other group exercise class I've taken. I will be coming back.

Fantastic workout, clean and spacious studio
The workouts are really intense. I was sore for a week!!! But I never broke a sweat (and I'm a sweater). I really like that Anna makes sure you're doing the exercise correctly, as this makes a big difference in getting the most out of your workout.
I've been going to this bar studio for more than three years. The classes are a great complement to my biking, hiking, and other activities. The instructors are great.

It's like a personal trainer. You are very individualized, it's hard, but not intimidating.
I like the way I feel after class and I enjoy the ladies that take class and the instructors. I am so much stronger now and this is the first workout I have been able to do regularly since an injury. Bar Method has changed my life.
I've been a Bar Method fan for a decade and live in the SF Bay Area. I love that I can drop in to any Bar Method around the country and feel welcome. Denver has been especially welcoming.

While I love Bar Method, I have been noticing that it seems we aren't always getting a full hour of class on Mon & Fri at 6am. Seems like we often end a few minutes early. Also, there are times in Level 2 on Wednesdays that the class isn't timed quite right and we have to skip parts of class or rush through them. It's not a huge deal, I just want to get a full hour and get all of the workout in each time!
I love that when I travel I can work out at a facility that is familiar. I also love that Kelly Garrison teaches in Denver!
