Being new to barre classes, there's still a lot of tiny corrections I need in my posture and positions. Anna was a huge help! I loved having a teacher who made sure I my form was correct to insure there was no injuries and that I was getting the most out of my workout.
Effective classes (results), I've only had one instructor thus far (Maureen, whom I love), but looking forward to meeting all the rest! I took classes a couple of years ago in Chicago (coincidentally with Maureen!), and I must say the Denver experience is much less stressful----classes are not over-crowded, and it seems so far like you can generally get into whatever class period you want. Thumbs up so far!
I think it is a very fun, safe, affordable, and most importantly, effective way to exercise!! I love all the teachers, front desk staff and the location of the studio.
I enjoy the atmosphere and the techniques that are used. I always know that I have accomplished something after class!
I like the fact that it is low impact, yet clearly very effective in improving core strength, muscle tone and definition.

Friendly and approachable; this was my first barre experience, and the instructor was very detailed and hands-on.
I was intimidated going into my first class, but the instructors are very helpful and are great about correcting postures and movements. I've only taken 4 classes so far, but with each one I feel a little more comfortable. I'm happy I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something new!

The props that you use compared to other barre studios, the instructor's hands-on approach to corrections, and the fact that a little bit of time is taken to stretch after each workout sequence! The bathrooms and showers are very nice and clean, too.

After a year and a half, it is still a tough class! I like that I have the flexibility to adjust my workout schedule up to an hour prior as well.

The class schedule works with my schedule and the instructors are very involved in the class. They are constantly communicating how you should be positioned and helping you get the most out of your workout.

I am just now at my one year anniversary of attending classes at the studio. I am still very happy with the results I have obtained!! The teachers continue to demonstrate excellence. The two Kelly's are a great addition!!!
