The way I feel AFTER the class.
I've been to two classes and both instructors, Brit and Elizabeth, were extremely helpful in guiding me to the right positions and encouraging :) I thought it was great that they know everyone's name, including mine even though I had been to their class just once. I am very happy at The Bar Method, thank you! :)
I was only in town for two days but I felt like I was at the studio in Kansas City, everyone was so nice!

I think the studio is very well ran and I like all the instructors. Leslie is still the best!!! I am constantly impressed with her enthusiasm and ability to keep it fresh. Miss Brit on Wed, a.m. Like Katie when I have her.I talk you up all the time... people notice how my body has changed even when I am fully clothed for work etc.

Everyone is so friendly and positive. I never feel like I'm being judged, and it's very welcoming.
I liked that the workout includes stretching and it is as difficult as you want it to be. I like the 5:45 class time; it's a perfect time for me to take the class after work. The teacher, Leslie, seems very knowledgeable about variations on the exercises and she was very encouraging to all her students.
The teachers are friendly, informative, clear, and helpful. And class moves at a good pace - not too fast, not too slow.

The workout is good, teachers are engaging, location is convenient and the flexible times are helpful (early morning and later evening classes are good for busy working people!)
