I like the class experience. Informed instructors that know your name. I like how the classes push me to my fullest despite whether it's my first class or fiftieth class. Clean, spacious studio and clear instruction. I like that instructors remember names of clients, and provide feedback during the class. Plus an excellent workout!
It would be nice if you could put a larger trash can in the bathroom. Keeping the lights low and music on after class would be a nice touch. Maybe have soft soothing music playing in the studio before class starts would help break up the icy silence while waiting for class to start. :)
The format of the class, that everyone can be accommodated- no matter size or physical ability, that I don't feel like the teacher is annoyed if I do the easier modifications, the friendly staff, how they help reposition me in certain exercises to make sure I'm doing them correctly, the last 5 minutes of stretching! Love Bar Method Cherry Creek!!
I appreciate the instructors who give clear guidance on how to do each exercise and provide form corrections to clients. Corrections for others help me too. I like the way the class has a pattern, but varies in the exercises we do. I like the fact that new exercises are continually introduced. I think all of these things make the Bar Method unique and effective. I really appreciate the way the new owner has revitalized the Boulder Bar Method studio. The new energy is uplifting and motivating.
I have been gone for some time with different health issues and family things...guess life gets in the way sometime, But I'm SOOOOO glad to be back and I can't tell you how I can feel my body after even just being back for 2 days! Thank you for all that you do and I'm shocked how many of you staff remembered me! Its a drive down there for me but I love it! If you were to ever open in bel mar I'll be the first one there!
