The results, though take a bit, are great! I love feeling stronger and more balanced and in control of my body! I am also very pleased with the changes at BM since the new ownership. The place looks great, seems much more organized, and the teachers seem happier, which is good because that definitely rubs off during class. Looking forward to more positive changes!

The class felt very hands on.. When my posture wasn't right the instructor came over and made proper adjustments.

Liked instruction and overall class structure
I really like the cleanliness of the facility, and that the instructors keep the workout room air conditioned. It's been proven with scientific studies that working out in heat doesn't add any benefit and can actually be harmful. I love that Bar Method keeps the room cool, clean, and comfortable which keeps me coming back during these hot summer days. I also really like the quality of the instructors and that they keep an eye on me to ensure I have the best form. It's like having a personal trainer!

The teachers make an effort to learn your name. Additionally, there is a lot of correcting of postures. You can tell that the teachers are highly trained to make sure you don't get injured.
