Instructors are very well trained, workouts vary but are each very complete in how they cover the body, facilities are very clean and well appointed, stretching is an integral part, the entire hour is used to the fullest.

plus your incredible teacher/trainer staff (not to mention the friendly front desk team) make it so easy for me to make Bar Method class a priority...I am addicted!

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The class provided a complete workout for most or all of the muscle groups. It was fun.
