My service tech, Tyrone Fisher, is awesome. He works extremely hard when he's here and is a super nice guy. I can't say enough good things about him:-)
Overall I rarely seem to have bug problems. When I do, you guys are out to my home quickly and take care of the problem. So I know I can pretty much always count on TBM:-)
One suggestion: I really wish the appointment scheduling was done a little further in advance. There's usually only 48-72 hours notice of an upcoming appointment. Since I really like having my home interior sprayed, many times I have to re-schedule (in order to get ready to be home and/or clean up). If TBM could schedule service and provide notice 1 week in advance, that would be extremely helpful.

You've already improved a great deal in the last year or two. In the past, the people who came out to inspect my termite bait stations didn't bother to check them all unless I watched them, and did not replace bait that was waterlogged and 90% gone. The current crew is thorough, professional, and polite in servicing my stations and answering my questions. Good job!
I like getting a phone call to let me know the status of all of the bait stations. So far I have NOT received that call yet this last inspection time. I did receive a call telling me when the inspection would happen.

Courteous service person, John, who knows what he is doing. He is always on time and thorough with the spraying of the home areas. The on-line schedule is a good reminder that service is due, although I often have to re-schedule for various reasons.

Your confirmation of appointments has been hit or miss with the technician showing up unannounced while thinking the appointment was confirmed. I am hoping that confirmation by email will be more consistent. I am hoping that the technician stays the same for more than 2 consecutive visits.
Courteous technician
All the people I talked to and interacted with were very up front, professional and genuine. Bobby, Jose and Troy were very respectful and took care of business. They all really appeared to enjoy their job. Thank you.
I hear all the time from our friends who have a pest control service that we are paying too much. We have thought about shopping around but we are very satisfies with the guys who come out (and part lazy) that we don't want to switch.
Constancy. We have had the same technician (Daniel) for years and he knows our property and our preferences. He does a great job and is always happy and eager to help.

Quick response. Set up of nearly 100 traps and bait stations was very quick. So far have not seen any activity. All employees were very friendly and professional
