BugMaster tech very professional and efficient.
Do the little things you did on your first two visits. While I still think you do great, it would be nice to have webs removed from outside of house (brush the eves). Little things matter.

The process of explaining the quarterly checks on the bait could have been in more detail. It seemed that if termites were discovered, the means of treatment other than putting poison on the bait was a bit hazy.
