Fast same week service. Bugs usually stay away. Prompt respray with no problem if there are bugs within 3 months. Tech is always friendly.

I have been with this company since 2005. Always on schedule and I am always asked if I am having any pest problems. I was pleased that Douglas asked about the attic. I honestly think that is the first time I was asked and that it was treated.

What could we do to improve?

Your front desk person seems to be different every-time we call, They seem to be new & not sure of who is going to be our tech for the day or what time they can get to one of our sites.
That person is the one who represents Bug Master & needs to be trained better, your a big company you should be able to keep someone in that position. they seem to be scared to lose there job.

What do you like about our services?

My concerns about pests in my house are shared by my very dependable service provider. Joey remembers my concerns and reviews these prior to treating my property. He always makes sure that I understand that treatment by Bugmaster is ongoing. If problems show up between treatments, he returns to retreat at no additional cost. With Bugmaster as my exterminator, I don't worry about bugs.

Timely scheduling; the professionalism and timeliness of the technician. Art is exceptional in that he is thorough, punctual, courteous, and efficient!

What could we do to improve?

Continue to have problems with wasps and bees even though the technician has returned twice. I haven't encountered this before. In the past, if same pest problem came up again, the technician would come once and the problem was resolved. Since the previous company has become Bug Master, return visits are more commonplace than exceptions.

It has been consistently good for many years including the previous providers of service which has been about 20 years. The service people have been very polite and attentive to the jub.

I do wish you had something to kill all of many snalls coming up on our outside walls as well as some of the neigbors

Rod, my initial contact, made time to come to my business that same afternoon. Jose, the technician, has been very professional and friendly. He's very knowledgeable about pests, rodents, etc.
