Rind the door bell when you arrive. This did not happen on you last visit. I was there, but I did not see or hear your representative. Unfortunately, I wanted the inside of the house done. I told the person who called to make the appointment that I wanted this done, but there was mis-communication somewhere. Ringing the doorbell would have avoided my irritation at this lack of service. Scheduling... When technician unable to complete job because weather prevents outside spraying, I have to call the office to reschedule rather than their calling me. I sometimes forget then grumble that I had to pay full bill for partial service. Being a longstanding customer I should pay bill when service is complete.
