We have had nothing but good results. They call ahead to let you know when they are coming. You do not need to be home but can request the inside to be done if you are having activity inside. Courteous, knowledgable and reliable

The technician was very courteous, covered what services that he would be providing, asked questions about what type of critters that I may have seen and left both the interior and exterior of my home as he found it.

Joey does a great job. I wish I would receive an email to say when Joey is coming. I know I am supposed to get the email and that cards are not sent anymore, but I don't get the email.
It's mostly about the technician. "John" is almost always the one who comes and he's very polite and dedicated to his work. I feel I can trust him. Then there is the fact that I can call on you guys if a problem arises and you will come to take care of it.

Your technician is very respectful (booties on their feet when the come in the house) and they perform a thorough job on spraying the exterior of the home. Some other service providers (not Bug Master) that I have had in the past have done a spotty job or applied very little product to the exterior of the home.
Until this service, the pest control has always been very quick and effective. For some reason on this service, I have continued to have bugs in my house. I need to call for another spraying. Additionally, though it has been now been fixed at my request, the company used to set automatic appointments without any feedback from me on whether or not that was acceptable. I had an instance where I was out of the country and therefore not able to access my voicemail. By the time I returned to the US and retrieved the voicemail, the technician had already visited my home and I was charged despite his not being able to spray inside my house. If a customer doesn't acknowledge the appointment by the day prior, the appointment should be cancelled until the customer can be reached. I have now had a note put on my account that someone must speak with me or receive an email from me in order to schedule an appointment.

No problem with bugs always respond if there is a problem, cost is reasonable also they inform you beforehand when the next service will happen.
It keeps us from having unwanted insects/bugs in our house.
