The teachers! Conni and Jenn are amazing instructors, both in the classroom and out. I've enjoyed every teacher I've had at Evolve and each always greets meet warmly,even if they have only met me once. It makes me feel connected and welcome, which motivates me to attend more classes.

I thought the New Year's Eve class was intense but really great.
There are a variety of classes for all levels. The teachers and very good at what they teach. The studio space is always very calming and the classes are affordable.

taught at the highest level. I always feel stronger and more confident about pushing my body and well being. The Evolve
envoirment is one of kidness, and also professional.
Great instructor, Libby, she was very personable, relatable and encouraging. Also, I liked the privacy of the private session. Often in gyms, a training appointment is not private, but in the middle of the gym, so having a truly private session was a nice change.

Personal involvement of the teachers. Everyone seems interested in making your workout session a very positive and challenging hour. One on one sessions are specialized for your individual needs and body types. This studio is close to my home and I have enjoyed the past several months there.
