Usually the fast pickup at your vehicle and at the airport. This time we waited 15 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. Two went by us and my husband had to run up and catch one that got near us again. The driver was very nice and apologized saying she thought it must be due to shift time change that they didn’t know to pick us up.

The drivers are more frequent these days and are so great at helping with bags and being so friendly! I’ve been parking here at Spot 1 DAL for almost 3 years now, 2-6 times a week and have had issues but they’ve always been resolved quickly and the timing of the vans have improved so my wait time isn’t very long at pickup from my car or the airport. Thank you Parking Spot 1 DAL!

I choose to use this company due to the convenience and the friendly staff. I can take a free shuttle from the Southwest headquarters campus, but I choose to use the Parking spot.

The reservation process was easy and efficient. The drop off went well and on the return end it was very quick and painless. We used uncovered valet service. Our car was positioned and ready to go. They dropped us and our bags off right at our car.
