Overall, very very good as far as the friendliness of your people and services. The only complaint is when I get picked up from premium parking sometime. We are picking people up with additional two or three stops after I get picked up. But again overall very good.
Pre-paid parking does not offer refunds if/when I changed my flight to avoid bad weather flight cancellation & I arrived back 1 day sooner. Agent at office on site said email & or call …. Upon calling was told no refunds or points for pre-paid customers. So the alternative is pay upon return date?

Love the quick, professional service and convenience! The claim card needs to be updated regarding where to catch the shuttle at the airport though. A simple sticker over the incorrect location would suffice and is important for first-time clients.

Everything. The friendliness of everyone, the timeliness of the shuttles, ease of entrance and exit.
We like the fact that when we check-in there are signs pointing us to the appropriate row to park and that there is already a van and driver there to help us load our baggage. It is a very efficient operation. If you take advantage of the options then the price is also very reasonable (pre-pay).
I loved every minute of it. More so because of every individual that assisted me coming and going. Big shout out to them!
