Cold water when leaving after a flight as I do not drink airline water! Seriously, I have used the Orlando Parking Spot for years, even when a newspaper & water was offered at check out.
I love knowing I have a "spot" reserved for my travel..no need to circle around Orlando airport parking garage or ending up in a field due to no room. Older, single lady traveling back to Orlando requiring driven to my area where I parked and being told by the airport bus driver there is No Way my car was in a certain area based on the time I told him I had parked there...after looking everywhere else for my car to get off as he had to get back to the airport to pick up more people, he would send someone to help me and left me in a dark field. Thankfully a Security Officer drove up smoking a huge cigar, looking like he was from the Dukes of Hazzard, listened to me and said he knew exactly where I had parked. I swore I would never park there again.
The Orlando staff is EXCELLLENT and EXPEDIENT to help and get you to the airport..never failed me ever. Door to Door service is wonderful. I am disabled, they grab my bags and away we go. I tried another agency before and we stood for 2 1/2 hours as they could not find our car. Our flight was late arriving from Denver as the previous flight to FL did not have a plane so Southwest waylaid our departure allowing that group to use the flight. Southwest made that decision to save themselves from having to pay penalties to a full plane load I know for a fact.
My only comment is sometimes the machines when you are going from one parking gate to another to weave to your spot or leaving can be a bit touchy as the Reader is not always accepting the QR code. BUT it is a good source of security. I have not used the service offerings of washing, etc but think it is a plus for others.

The check-in process was easy. The shuttle service was there as soon as I parked the car, which was great! Also, I appreciated the driver giving a card with the parking spot information.

Pro: Like that you offer parking discounts and choice of covered or uncovered parking, along with the ability to make advance reservations.
Con: Buses take a long time to get to you after you park....need more buses circulating the parking area. I've had to walk to find a bus the past 3x I've parked there.
