It's super easy to reserve a spot and know that my vehicle is secure. Also, it's so easy to check in and check out.
It’s been hit or miss lately. One week I am being picked up as so on as I park, other times I am waiting over 10 minutes to get picked up. As a business traveler, I am usually running really tight on time so 10 minutes is a lot.

I have told friends about your service. I like how you pick up at the car and drop off at the car. Also, you are available 24/7 which makes it easy to schedule flights at old hours.
I had an issue with my truck in the lot and had to call AAA for a tow. Not only were the Parking Spot employees understanding they were extremely helpful.
Every driver that drove by stopped to check on me. Security also came by several times to make sure I was okay and that I didn’t need anything.
