I love that the drivers pick you up from your car and give you a card with your parking spot # on it. When you return they drop right at your car. The drivers are very friendly and help you with your luggage

Prompt shuttle pick up going to and from the Parking Spot, free water and choices between covered and uncovered spaces and the ability to earn points.

There is very little wait time for the shuttle to and from the airport and we really like that the parking lot is secured.

The parking spot is always the best place to leave my car. Always safe and the drivers are always helpful, especially Cleveland. I traveled twice in 6 months and he was my driver both times.

The driver picks me up at my car, handles my luggage and takes me where I need to go. On return there were buses available when I came out of baggage handling and took me right back to my car.

Actually the pickup service was very slow -- about 30 minutes in the cold which is not your usual. However the agent gave us a discount which eased the pain.
