The shuttle is there as soon as we arrive and park. And there at the airport as soon as we get to the off-site parking area at the airport. Only last time, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the airport. I hope this is the first and last time this happened.

Friendly, helpful drivers. Availability of shuttles ... don't have to wait long to get picked up in the lot or at the terminal. I like that you drop people off at their exact spot. And your location to the airport is perfect, especially when I'm running late!

I like the convenience of parking and shuttling to the airport. However, the last time that we used the Parking Spot we waited by our car for almost 30 minutes before a vehicle came to pick us up. Several vehicles came in after us and parked a couple of rows from us and they were picked up 5 minutes after they parked. We were passed by several times before someone stopped for us. And before you ask, those other shuttles were not full when they passed by us.

We love the valet parking, it’s so nice to come home when it’s cold and find your car waiting for you…heater in, car started and the back open ready for your luggage! Definitely worth the extra money

I will picked up quickly and delivered to the airport in a very short amount of time. I like the reservation system and QR code entry.
I like the shuttle service that picks me up and drops me off at my vehicle. I like being able to reserve a spot and I feel that your lot is more secure than the airport parking lots.
