Wonderful service
The buses always seem to be “there” when you arrive at either the lot or the spot at the airport. Drivers are courteous and helpful with luggage. Although we tip them, I like that there aren’t signs (unless I missed them) that say “Tips Appreciated”. Easy booking and phone app works well.

Quick, easy snd convenient
I must say something first before I say what I like. As the driver was leaving the airport she exited so fast that my suitcase that was on the first shelf went flying off the shelf and landed in the recessed area of the doorway. Luckily my breakables surveyed. I love the closeness of the lot and the price. Also the exit screen would not respond to my touch. Didn't respond to the attendant either. Finally got it to work. That was both screens.

We were in covered parking and were picked up right away. This was a good thing as we hit a one-hour delay on Interstate 95 while driving south to the airport which made it very tight for us to make our flight. The driver was courteous and did his best to get us to the departures terminal as quickly as possible. Reserving a parking space online is convenient and simple to do. Entrance into and out of the facility using the Parking Spot ap was easy and efficient. We pre-paid for the first time, and we had no issues.
Easy from start to finish. We arrived at 4am and the shuttle driver was ready to go and was so professional.
