Never have to wait long. The drivers are always very nice and even remind us. Do you have your keys? Do you have your passport? Do you have your plane ticket etc. also you can get a bottle of water when you’re leaving which is something you usually really need.

Safe parking. I would improve the condition of the shuttles and the schedule. We had SIX shuttles come and go before the one for JFK1.

I like very much to option to have covered, or indoor parking available. We use indoor parking during the winter vacation months, as the car is in better condition when the weather isn't favorable.
