I had a flat once I returned to my car. I called my roadside assistance it was going to be 2 hours. I spoke to Lawrence Patterson one of your drivers, he suggested that we ask for the big air compressor to put air in the tire until we get to a tire station. The nice female in the booth( name unknown)went into the breakroom and gave us the air compressor to use.
The nice driver ( name unknown) drove us to my car, waited until we filled the tire and drove us back to return the equipment and back to the car. It was very cold outside and after midnight.
Everyone of them went above and beyond of what was expected. Thank you Lawrence and the two ladies who extended EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE on 1/7/24. We made it home safely, tire stayed full until the next day... thank you thank you thank you!
