I like that tge location I use us directly across from Hobby Airport. However, the employee I encountered upon leaving seemed very unconcerned about the customers and has to ask her to assist the car in front of me so we could exit. She actually seemed like we were bothering her because she was not attentive to the customers and their needs.

Easy in and out, frequent pickups at the airport and pickups and deliveries right at the parked car. The lot is fairly clean and well marked to get around.

I highly recommend prepaying for your Parking Spot if you are flying out of Orlando. You are assigned a spot as soon as you drive in displaying your "scan code" The Parking Spot attendants are very helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver is there virtually immediately to put your luggage on the van if you prefer and drive you directly to your terminal. It's quick, easy and stressless. Picking up your vehicle is just as easy. Walk to the designated parking area outside the terminal and wait for the Parking Spot shuttle bus which pulls up every ten to fifteen minutes. Show the driver your Parking receipt with the parking spot number on it and you are driven right to your Parking Spot. Driver will help you with your luggage if you prefer. Your car is safely parked for short or long term. Worth the prepayment for a designated Parking Spot. This is something that takes the stress away from parking and traveling. I highly recommend prepaying for your Parking Spot. The whole Parking Spot operation runs smoothly and efficiently.

I have used your services a few times in the last few years. This year, I absolutely loved that the attendant gave us a card with the parking space letter and number on it when we arrived. It made it so much easier for the final pickup on our departure date. It was easy at Philly to go to the correct area for pickup, as well, so kudos to them and to your drivers for being patient and waiting. Also, I loved the app to use to locate your drivers at the airport.
