Very friendly and efficient
Generally upon arriving, we are picked up immediately. Normally use the covered parking. No longer use premium because that is the only time we were not picked up and had to walk up to the service area to tell them we needed to be picked up. Aside from that, that staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Our bus driver was very kind and helpful. They picked us up at our car, and on return we were drpped off at my car. Our driver loaded our suitcases into my car. Upon leaving we were offered a cold bottled water. Such an easy experience!

Convenient location, quick to enter and quick to exit. Shuttle drivers very friendly and willing to help with luggage. No wait at the airport, the shuttle had already arrived when we went outside to look for it. Great customer service from the start in booking to the end when being dropped off at car location. Would definitely use them again!
