I like the products.. all work well!
The cost is the only issue I have had
I am ambivalent about recommending because I know that you have some staffing challenges at the moment. The primary person who cleans my house does a terrific job. The latest partner with her also did a terrific job, but the second person changes from time to time. Also, for what its worth, sending me a text, and an email, then I call to confirm and THEN CALLING ME to remind me of my cleaning seems as if there is some sort of emergency. Update your methods. If you heard from me - don't call. Three notifications is too many. Maybe you can ask all customers which method they would prefer for a reminder? Text is fine, by the way.

I actually am very pleased with Patty, I like and trust her. It’s been terribly hot, so I’ve tried to excuse the little stuff. I’m seeing too many areas not fully cleaned. So many corners missed, not fully dusted or vacuumed.
Cabinets may be wiped, but not really clean etc. Floors that get mopped, but not really clean. Toilets not scrubbed. I feel badly for not giving great ratings, but I can’t set my friends up for it I’m afraid.

The service was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional.
Didn’t clean basement and garage, but I was charged still. The manager has not returned my phone call for four days. Every time I call, I’m told she can’t come to the phone. My drain stopper was taken from the property.

You need to speak to your staff about being more careful. I have brought some of these issues to the manager who promised to speak to the team. I have had cords left unplugged, a lamp broken and two cleanings ago one of the chime pipes became dislodged from the unit. Because of this, my doorbell no longer works. MY husband now has to figure out how to repair it.
I sometimes feel dusting is inconsistent. Folk dust around, but do not move things. Also, areas around sink and tub drains don't stay clean for more than a half day. That might be a function of the product you're using. So I do it again a day later and they stay clean longer.
