Cleaning is good, just not great. There is always missed spots, corners. Attention to detail would be greatly appreciated. Ex. In and around bathroom. Floor is cleaned but never fully clean( missing corners). Counters are wiped but I still find not wiped clean. Perhaps using clean towels, wiping twice with cleaning products.
Always someone new in group, maybe that is why as they’re in learning mode. In pandemic it’s understood but the money paying the floors and counters should be spotless.
Very thorough in what was expected. Very professional and friendly.

The services were very good, I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly satisfied. Although the I don't know the products that were used, there wasn't an overwhelming smell of chemicals in the apartment.

While you've reached a level of over communication, I do appreciate always being informed if there are any changes in timing or personnel. I also appreciate that you seem to care about your workers - the people who actually come and clean. That is also important to me.
The Merry Maids are always dependable, punctual, personable
and do a very. thorough job.I also appreciate the products in use.
There were a few missed items. Some I saw and were corrected but a few areas were still dusty. I would also have liked items in the bathroom to be put back in place instead of left on the vanity from the floor and shower.
Same person comes and respects my home
I wish I could’ve scheduled a specific time because my schedule was a little thrown off because I had to make sure I was close by in case they were on the way. Also I just feel like it wasn’t a good deep cleaning
