The workers should pay more attention to the final results. Some times they seem to go through the routine, but not look to make sure every thing looks right.
Sarah is great! It is nice to know that someone we know and whose work we like can be relied upon to be here every two weeks to take care of us.
Some her "mates" are less awesome.

I usually am very impressed with the outcome of the team (Sarah). There is no overwhelming scent of cleaning product yet everything sparkles, floors are clean, cabinets and handles are no longer "sticky", bathrooms are impressively well cleaned. I have already commented to Danielle re: The last visit from Merry Maids. I was not impressed nor was I a happy client. Sarah ensures that all areas of our home are up to standard.
Everything is clean and stays clean fior a while.

We love coming home and having the condo clean. Sometimes some areas are missed and lights are left on but generally speaking we do like the service.
very reliable; your crew always shows up on the day they are supposed to be there. ALso, the job is thoroughly done and the place always looks great. Also, friendly staff who are kind and affectionate to pets and their humans. Always appreciated and always a pleasure to see the Merry Maids at my door.
The cleaning was excellent initially but then I got a new team and it's just not as good. Many things aren't cleaned that used to be. There was also trash in my kitchen recycling bins.

I like the cleaning products for granite.
The rep. Said that two teams were going to spend 4 hours doing the initial clean...instead 1.5 teams spent 2.75 hours doing a surface clean. They were 45 min. Late from the scheduled time which interrupted our plans for my wife's birthday outing without kids. Hopefully they are more professional next time.
We've loved how everything looks. Can't think of a way to improve. If we know of anyone who is looking we will recommend Merry Maids.

Anytime I have mentioned merry maids and what I pay it's been "too expensive" for them. I don think it's as much me recommending merry maids as it is them taking my recommendation.

Be a little more observant for detail items. Spots on walls, flys in window ledges, etc. Put furnature/shelf & desk items back where it was after dusting or vacuming.

The service is top notch. My home is spotless when the team leaves and they always do a few extras each time so that nothing is left undone. Kelsey is very articulate and please do whatever it takes to keep her with you.
