I paid over $300 to merry maids to come out and clean for me. A pipe had burst in our house previous and my husband health was very grave. The day merry maids came out my husband had to be rushed to Harborview where they found he had a broken leg. I was in a very distraught place. Merry maids had specifically told me they had done above my cabinets, we had an insurance adjuster coming and needed everything cleaned we talked about. After merry maids left I got on my counter and looked, nope, they were never done, even the walk through lady made sure she pointed up at the cupboards and told me they cleaned them, they did not, that was a lie. My fridge was supposed to be CLEANED OUT, my food had sat int here for almost a week while I was at hospitals with hubby, merry maids did not clean out my fridge it is gross, I have been at Harborview with my hubby the last week and now I am sure it is even worse. My microwaves were not cleaned out. All of these things were on my list when the lady came out to give me a quote but were not done!!!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I called merry maids the next day and they said they would come out and fix it but I was unable to wait as my husband was getting out of surgery. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED and would never allow them back in my house as I don't trust them now, they LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE!!!!!!
The cleaners were very friendly, I enjoyed them very much. But the cleaning became poorer and poorer over the 2 years that I was with Merry Maids. By the end, they weren't even picking things up to dust or clean beneath bottles in the shower (as an example). I was always grateful for the help, but it wasn't up to the standard it started with.
Our house always smells fresh and looks clean when we arrive back home.
I enjoy the care and attention the ladies take and the nature based products used. I've been completely satisfied after each cleaning!

Reliably thorough and safe
The initial cost was 'WAY TOO EXPENSIVE' ($270!) and I'm very upset with myself that I agreed to it. However, the 2 young ladies that cleaned my condo worked very hard and did a fantastic job and I was very happy about how clean my condo was when they were through.
I have now found another cleaning service that will cost me less to have my condo cleaned once a month.
I think the cleaners are doing a thorough job and bathrooms and the kitchen are very cleans.
Consistent and reliable service
I enjoy getting the notes after the cleaning letting me know what they worked on or did extra. i haven't received those lately.
I have always been happy with how clean our home is after Merry Maids come. I am impressed with the line of products that are used. I would and have recommended Merry Maids to some of my friends.
It's nice to come home to a clean home. We like it when the ladies do a little extra that is not on the scheduled to do list.

our priorities are your priorities,the service we have had at our home has been excellent every detail is covered and by having two cleaners in the house every time we notice that the little things aren't being missed. we like that you have a quality checker drop in at times to check and to propose solutions for difficult to access or neglected seldom used areas.
Our Office is clean every time they come. They are willing to take our advise on certain things as well.
The girls are on time and very efficient. It smells fresh and clean when they leave but not overpowering. They are always willing to do whatever extra we ask which is nice.
I hired services to see if it made my life easier. After discussing, we decided that we would be more effective in time, and money if we did the cleaning. I always clean before the cleaners come putting away excess appliances, or counter clutter to make it easier for them. We have a dog so fur gets under the furniture and they cleaners typically didn't move when vacuuming or mopping. Another advantage of doing it ourself is seeing where areas are in need of repair. We had mold growing on the bedroom sill. I am neutral about recommending just knowing my friends.
The dependebility of the service is exceptional
the young ladies do a very thorough job, and they are careful about my things.
Wood floors are always covered with a film after cleaning. The glass doors to the office and on the interior of the front door and deck door are not cleaned. The stove hood and extension to the ceiling is only cleaned part way up. The stainless steel surfaces usually have streaks, etc.
Love the smell of your products!! Always helpful if we need to reschedule a cleaning. Girls are always friendly and on time!!
