I can trust that Merry Maids will do an outstanding job cleaning my home whether I am there or not. The team always seems to give 110% at the very least. The teams have been professional, polite and trustworthy.

I like that earth friendly products are used in the cleaning process.

The "advance team " was very friendly and helpful in describing what would be done and the followup . When the two workers came they were indeed " merry maids " and did the work swiftly and thorgholy. the check up lady arrived right on time and did the followup as promised. We would and have recommended Merry Maids to others.

I've only had you come in twice so I would need more time to decide. The deep cleaning might have been a little deeper with vacuuming the carpet, and the baseboards in the living areas might have been better wiped down.

I had to ask that certain things, to me obvious, be cleaned when doing the final check.

On, time, courteous and thorough. products seem good, no after odor.

The windows are streaky when the sunlight is on them (very noticeable.) Other than the windows, the condo sparkled!

Some areas weren't really cleaned and the living room reaaly got shortchanged. What got done was pretty good, I guess my house was so messy that it will take a few times to get caught up.
