over priced for the service I receive. I have had to complain twice about the job done. I think that paying two people for one hour of work to clean 800sqft should be more then enough for a clean house.

The ladies are prompt and thorough and cheerful. I cannot speak to the quality of the products other than to say that I have never had a problem with any of the cleaning done using them.

Love how the women work to figure out the best solutions for my specific house (after working here a few months), like how they found a great solution for my floors.

Having a checklist where you check off what all was done each visit would be helpful. I think the customer should have some input on how they would like there house cleaned. For example, I like my carpets sprayed with Febreeze and then vacuumed. I am also unclear if Merry Maids is using my equipment and supplies. Those are the things I can think of off the top of my head.

Generally, we are satisfied with your service and appreciate how promptly the team arrives and how swiftly and thoroughly they complete their tasks. We do have two suggestions, however - the first being far more significant than the second:

1. Tell us if something happens; do not leave it for us to discover!
2. Turn the lights our as you complete each area.

We've had several failures on point #1 and find this irritating to the point that it detracts significantly from our overall satisfaction.

Products are fine - ecosensitive, if I remember - they don't leave smells except for freshness.

Services…by this do you mean the maids themselves, or the cleaning options? If the former, they're spectacular! If the latter, I like that you've added the window cleaning; I'll be taking you up on that at some point.

I was very pleased with your work and professionalism. Although more costly than I hoped, in the end I got my full security deposit back and I'm sure you work made that possible. I will recommend your services again. Thank you.

thorough cleaning and care of furnishings and belongings

I've been hesitant to call. I truly hate to complain; however, after much consideration, I feel this feedback is necessary. Compared to years' past, and based solely on the 5/28/14 cleaning, I would not recommend to anyone. The amount of time this particular team took and yet somehow accomplishing very little and then the money it cost was completely unreasonable. In fact, I am curious to know what their completed checklist actually was. Upon inspection after their departure, I was thoroughly disappointed. Prior experience with your company, I've had a one-person professional from Merry Maids do a more efficient and thorough job than this team of two did. I truly feel as if I was taken advantage of and made to pay much more than the end result was worth.

It seems to be that when I leave specific instructions on things that need to be done they are completed 70% of the time. Example : last week , I specifically asked for some spots to be cleaned off the floor and they were not done. In addition the bathroom shower stall was not cleaned. I also have to leave signs up around my house to let the cleaning crew know that my house needs to be locked up( 6 weeks in a row, now).Prior to this my house and gate were left unlocked despite letting the office know several times.
The week prior to that I specifically asked for the area under the sink to be cleaned and it was not done, so the following week I actually had to take everything out from under the sink and leave another note to get it cleaned. I really would like to be able to refer however when my requests cannot be fulfilled it makes it challenging and I cannot ruin my referral reputation.

When you get a good team that honestly cares about doing a good job it is a great service. Had some problems earlier due to an employee with personal problems and an inconsistency of team members, however, Merry Maids corrected the problem right away and all has been very good.

I was told by the rep from merry maids that I would be called before a payment would be processed because you days didn't call near our work schedule. Instead they did charge me without my authorization and when I addressed this because I was at the store getting my son's asthma medication I was told that they had NEVER done that. I terminated my service then and there and the rep gave waived me from doing the last two cleanings in the contract. I am currently at St. Joseph's hospital with my son who had a severe asthma attack and had to be taken to the hospital. This could have been avoided if they had waited to get my husband's pay THIS FRIDAY. I will not now or ever recommend your servive

Alyways dependable

I guess I most appreciate how thorough the cleaning is. I have a "quick and easy" house to clean and some time ago some of the "extras" that were cleaned would be part of those areas of the house not on the "official" to be cleaned list. I really appreciated that and wish it
could be continued at least from time to time.

You have always come on schedule and cleaned the church bathrooms very well.

Overall do a great job, but I usually find one or two things that were missed. This week my kitchen looked spotless, except for the windowsill which had clearly been missed and had some scattered soil on it from a flower I had moved.

My home is always so beautiful when I get home

Job is done without my having to monitor as much as before. Not finding pieces of work missing as before. Personnel is friendly. I am very happy with the service

Dusting areas like the bedroom dressers and entertainment center. Also getting all the crumbs in the corners of the kitchen floor.

Your staff are the most thorough and consistent cleaning staff I have ever had and I've had housecleaning help since 1988. Your group is also the most reliable (100%) likely to show up when the contract/agreement states. Also, if something is broken, your company doesn't wait until I notice it but mentions it to me right away. All of these things are invaluable to me. Thank you for all you do as well as your pleasant, funny, and diligent staff.

There seems to be a disconnect between whether we are being charged for a time period or a set amount of work. We understood that the cleaning of our house was estimated to take 1 1/2 hours for two technicians. We questioned the ladies when it was taking less than 1 hour. A better explanation should be provided or we will expect 1 1/2 hours each time.

Do a thorough job. Make a double check before you leave the home to make sure you haven't missed anything or left something not done as required. Don't be in such a hurry. Mistakes are made that way.

Service started out great but has not been up to standards the last three months

We're very happy with the service, but would prefer not to participate in any more surveys.

sometimes it is hit or miss on what truely gets cleaned. I have had a bathroom remodel going on and the first time they cleaned they reduced the fee to $53.00 becasue they skipped the bathroom which I expected. The last two dated 4/30 & 5/7 that had cleaning the toilet is in there but NOTHING has been touched in that room and I have been charged full price with one whole room being skipped. That has irritated me.

Too many different people were assigned to my house. There was a lot of arguing about how I wanted things done. Original products used caused allergies. By the time my last visit was done I was stressed from trying to tell different people how to clean. I felt somewhat like the trainer on cleaning. One of the girls still did not understand how to clean my stove and could not tell the difference between clean and still dirty. Overall, they did not allow enough time for my house and the girls were also stressed out making it a difficult situation for all.
