However we did not get what we ordered. We ordered 3 Chicken
Phillies, but, when we opened them up they were all 3 steak phillies.

I have always enjoyed my neighborhood East Coast but I ordered 25 wings on May 27th and they were horrible. I did not ask for dry wings but they barely had sauce and the sauce that was on the wings tasted as if you guys had no sauce and you were trying to stretch what you did have with water!!! Chicken wings are very expensive these days and if East Coast has changed from really great saucy wings to dry watery wings, I’m not paying my money for that. My husband and I were really disappointed.

The staff is amazing. It was a great experience getting 50 wings for a Memorial Day family gathering. Lee was incredible along and helped me with questions I had, along with help from Lexi and Jaydon. Jaydon made sure we had celery along with enough ranch dressing before I left. Thank you all!!!

Food is not consistent. Salads ingredients and portions should not change. Wings sauces add more variety. Allow the customer to provide instructions again how they want them cooked. Quality of restaurant food has drastically changed since Covid. We cant keep using the excuse of lack of staff
We came in for lunch as we were celebrating my birthday. I ordered the lunch burger special. The meal arrived and upon opening the burger to put some ketchup on there was a long hair hanging out of the sandwich.
In my job I'm a certified SQF practitioner and have dealt with the the TDA and the FDA for almost 40 years. I work in a facility making closures for the food and dairy industries. A key and strict requirement we must follow is proper sanitation and cleanliness which includes hairnets and beardnets. I've never understood why restaurants are not required to wear them.
Needless to say, I left your facility a VERY unhappy customer.
I ordered 10 wings and all had very little meat on them. I’m hardly ever disappointed when I order from your restaurant but last night I was very disappointed
