Consistent quality and prompt service.
Had an awesome time at East Coast Wings! The wings were on point - so many flavors to choose from. The staff were friendly, and the vibe was great for hanging out with friends. Can't wait to go back for more delicious wings!
The food was good and the service was very good.
There was no disappointment; I do not generally recommend restaurants to friends. I find most people capable of making a decision about where they wish to eat.

When ordering 25 bone in wings, it would be nice to have 4 dressings for 25 wings, opposed to only 2! 2 is not nearly enough. And maybe putting the dressing inside a box or separate bag. We’ve had the lids be off and dressing spelled everywhere when we’ve arrived home just 5 mins away. Love the carnival fries!

Our food was really good, but our waitress was the best we have ever had there. Her name was Tammy. We have ate there several times and never had as good of service as we had Saturday.
WE ORDERED FOOD ONLINE AND WENT TO GET IT 30 OR MORE MINUTES LATER AND THEY COULD NOT FIND OUR ORDER. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE FOOD TO BE REMADE. NO DISCOUNT NO FREE MEAL NO COUPON.
Tables were dirty floor was dirty. Asked the hostess to wipe it off and he gave the table half a swipe with a dirty rag and left the table dirty and the seats filthy, we ended up wiping off the table and seats ourselves. No plates were offered for appetizers we had to eat them off napkins. Most of the staff was huddled in the corner cutting up and talking not helping people or cleaning the place up. Probably will not be back because if the front of the restaurant was that dirty I can not imagine how dirty the kitchen must have been !

We have loved ECW - for years now! But the past 5 or so to-go orders have not been good. The food quality has been declining and customer service has been seriously lacking. When I call on the phone to place the to-go order, the person either sounds annoyed that I'm bothering them, or they're murmuring and I can barely hear them. I feel like this location is very busy though (based on the busy signal I get when we call to order some days) and we had been giving them the benefit of the doubt by continuing to order from here, however, the quality of the food has been going downhill and we have decided not to eat here again -- at least for takeout. Our favorite is the honey barbeque chicken wings - we love the flavor of that sauce and we usually order the same thing every time (which has been several times a month lately!). The last few times we've ordered, there's been barely any sauce on the wings or in the bottom of the container - more grease than sauce. For our most recent order, the wings had something white on them (maybe flour??) and some were falling apart. I usually ask for them to be extra crispy (I forgot this last order) and the last few batches have been gummy or seemed undercooked - no big deal -- we'll put them in the air fryer to heat/crisp them up. But the lack of sauce makes them dry. There's always confusion about the texas toast - we've paid for it and sometimes don't get any. The celery and carrots are hit and miss - this last time they were slimy and unediable. It's so unfortunate, we are regular customers and this was our favorite place to get wings, but we'll have to find somewhere else now.
