The service isnt as good as it used to be they were busy this day and there wasn't enough experienced people on the floor. Food was still great!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I put an order in for curbside pick up I waited 10 minutes before called. I was then told we don’t offer curbside pickup any longer even though I had placed a curbside order. I wasn’t dressed appropriately and had to go in. My food was not fresh either.

We like to go to ECW. This time, it was around 2::45

9end of lunch0 and my wings looked like they had been kept warm for a few hours. I have had better before.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Rude & extra hateful staff …the manager was nice but her team was terribly rude. We had one waitress (McKenzie) that was super nice & accommodating but this one girl was extremely rude & impolite not to mention when we first arrived there was a girl there at the bar helping us but truly blew us off because she was in a rush to end her shift which she made sure we knew that she would not be helping us.
