The food was good but the atmosphere was so irritating. The start of the dinner was just the beginning as the restaurant was cold. Every customer had a jacket on and it took some of us complaining before they turned the heat up. It took about 45 min before it started getting to the point where we could eat without our coats.
Then the lights started flickering continuously so the management decided the answer was to simply turn the lights off so we ate in the dark (not all the lights, just about half in the bar area) When I bought it up to our waiter, he said it stared the day before but they couldn't get someone in to fix it over the weekend. It should be fixed Monday.
That doesn't help us enjoy our dinner tonight. No manager came to talk to us or any attempt made to redirect other lights. We did not have a pleasant dinner and that's what we paid for, I don't feel we got our money's worth. This place needs to get better at managing the dining experience
Food was great and the waitress was excellent.
Actually received my wings exactly as ordered. Asked for saucy and they were close, they they gave me an extra cup of garlic hot. Awesome. Thanks.
Chips are always excellent at Mocksville store. I'm a big fan of ECW chips.
Good food. Most of the time very good service.
Stop firing the people that make you feel welcome. I loved the bartender Ashley, and she was let go, or is no longer there for reasons that I'm unsure of. She was great, and even friends who I know from the neighborhood even talked about how great of a bartender she was.
Sometimes the wings do not have enough sauce.
Excellent service food is on point, we ordered wings for our Supper Bowl party. The staff was friendly and the wings were perfect.
Quick service and friendly staff. However on my last visit there the waitress seemed poorly trained & not attentive as I had to ask 3 times for something I had ordered originally.

Not serving other food besides wings on Superbowl Sunday. We did order wings but we wanted other items as well. When we got our wings, it was missing carrots. So disappointed because i love the carrots.

We had a great experience on our last trip. Occasionally we have a waiter or waitress who isn't attentive...and it's the same ones over and over, but we keep coming back.
Location is new and clean. Waitress was extremely nice and patient with us. We had a large group and the restaurant was very busy
Bathrooms are too small. Also, they need more large HDTVs and a better seating set up for sports viewing. The seating format is out-of-date for sports viewing. The current format is more traditional, like a Chillis or an Applebees.
Quick service
It was the best service we had ever had. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted by the waitress. She was able to answer all the questions we had, the food came out within 5 minutes after we ordered it, whenever our drinks were empty, she filled them up without us waiting anytime for the refill.
