I love love the food at east coast wings and always look forward to take out from there, but every single time my order is wrong and missing things I was charged for. Such a disappointment from my favorite place.

The food is always wonderful and I love all the different flavored sauces to choose from on the wings.
Me and my family order almost every Thursday for your wing special. This last time I order all flats and did not get my request. My son and husband wings were under cook. I had to put them in the oven and my mother salad was sitting in water. We did not order this past week due to those reasons.
The wings were cooked just the way I like them.

When I arrived to pick up my curbside order there was no parking spaces available. I called in the store and asked if I pulled up close to the door if they could bring it out and I was told no that I had to be parked in a curbside space. I asked where they were and the lady said in a very smart tone that apparently people were parked in them and then hung up on me. It took me over 15 minutes to find a parking space and when I went in the store the to go/curbside signs for parking were inside the store. How are you suppose to park in a designated space if there isn't one? I am disabled and that's why I made the curbside order to begin with. I didn't appreciate the way I was talked to by the lady or being hung up on. The food was cold and the ice had melted in the drinks by the time I got my stuff. They offered no apology for any of it. I was refunded my money but still didn't receive an apology from anyone about their employee's behavior.

The wings are really good, better than average. The size of the wings are larger than the average wings in town and the flavors are all a mazing. I particularly like the Cajun ranch wing. Their prices are decent as well. I typically use the online ordering method and I am pleased with how the “your order will be ready at this time” message usually is accurate.
Love love love the food but parking is an absolute nightmare so we rarely go now which makes us so sad.
Ensuring orders are correct especially when they're to-go.

East Coast Wings regained my business. I had an issue the end of Feb/beginning of March and it was resolved fairly. Therefore, I'm rating this most recent visit a 9 primarily because of the interaction from ECW showing I am a valued customer to them. As well, the wings were good. Not the best, but good and made quickly.

Clemmons location is awesome. Wait staff are always pleasant! Food always delicious.
Just that most of the time the boneless wings seem to be very hard most of the times. So hard they have to be spit out. Like either way over cooked or left under a heat lamp or out after being cooked.
Too many times the condiments that go with my to go orders is missing. Ordered quesidillas this week and salsa and sour cream was missing. Glad I had some at home or would have been 20 min round trip to go back and get it. Previously missing carrots and celery or dressing.
The food was excellent!
We love the wings and homemade chips. We love sitting at the bar and watching the different sports on the multiple TV’s. The bar staff always takes great care of me and my husband. They know us by name. 👍
I get lunch here once a week. In the last few months the food has been subpar. The chips were DRENCHED in grease. They looked over cooked but they were super soggy. My wrap was ok but not great. I’ll be taking this place out of my lunch rotation for a while. Not impressed.
The waitress was very friendly and attentive!
